Since a lot of times particularly the soft skills influence daily collaboration of the team members significantly. The capacity for teamwork and the capacity of communication are key at Accelerate because we often supervise customers in project teams and reach the pre-defined goals with effective collaboration. Further criteria for being employed are initiative of one’s own and analytical skills as they promote the achievement of appropriate new solutions and enable innovative approaches.
New employees receive a welcome package for their first day at work which provides a lot of important information for a good start at Accelerate. In order to design the job entry for new employees at Accelerate as easy as possible, they will receive a supervisor from the beginning. This supervisor will be an experienced employee who helps with the understanding of new structures and working methods. In order to support the newbies optimally and to make sure they benefit from the know-how of the supervisors, regular meetings will be conducted.
Qualitative self-assessment questionnaires, prior to any job interview, serve to guarantee the highest possible compatibility between applicants and Accelerate. An individual training schedule will be drafted for each new team member before their first day of work. That schedule contains a process plan which specifically correlates with the skills and the task area of the employee.

share financial success that has been earned together with our team: In addition to the fixed wage there is a claim for a variable bonus depending on one’s performance (25 % of the yearly salary, for project leaders even up to 35 %). Preconditions for claiming the bonus is the achievement of goals both on company and individual level.
